Do I need to download an app?
No. OGScout works entirely through WhatsApp. Save our number once, message any time. The whole conversation — quotes, confirmations, follow-ups — lives in one chat.
How much does it cost?
Free for drivers. You pay the workshop directly at the price they quoted — we don't add commission on top. Workshops pay a flat monthly subscription starting at AED 300 to receive jobs in their zone.
How are workshops chosen?
Every workshop in the network is vetted in person. We check premises, certifications, and prior work. Past performance — response time, customer ratings, on-time pickups — decides who sees your job first.
What if I don't know what's wrong with my car?
That's fine. Describe what you noticed — strange sound, warning light, AC not cold — and send a photo or voice note if it's easier. We'll figure out what category of work it is and pass that on to the right workshops.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes arrive within 3–5 minutes. For unusual jobs or off-hours, it can be longer. You'll see quotes trickle in live in the chat as workshops respond.
What if the job goes wrong?
Tell us. Every booking is tracked, and we mediate any dispute between you and the workshop. Workshops with unresolved issues are suspended from the network until cleared.
What cities do you cover?
We're live across Ajman today, with 52 workshops in the network. The other 6 emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain — are rolling out from late 2026. If you're outside Ajman, drop us a message anyway — we'll let you know when we're in your area.
