Pricing FAQ

Is there really no commission on jobs?
Correct — zero. You charge the customer the price you quoted, you receive 100% of it. Our income is the workshop subscription fee, paid monthly. We think aligning prices keeps everyone honest.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately; downgrade kicks in at the next billing cycle. We'll prorate the difference.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days you'll be asked to pick a plan. No card on file is required to start, and we won't auto-charge anyone — you stay on the network only if you opt in.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes — if you run multiple branches under one ownership, get in touch. We have a multi-location plan starting at AED 1,500 / month for up to 5 sites.
