These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, products, and platforms provided by OGScout Networks FZ-LLC ("OGScout," "we," "us," "our"), including our WhatsApp-based marketplace connecting drivers with vehicle repair workshops in the United Arab Emirates.
By using OGScout — whether you are messaging us as a driver, receiving job requests as a workshop, or interacting with us in any other capacity — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
OGScout operates a marketplace. We don't repair vehicles ourselves. We connect drivers seeking repair services with independent workshops in our network. We help drivers describe their needs, broadcast those needs to nearby qualified workshops, and surface a small number of quotes for the driver to choose from.
The workshops are independent businesses. We don't employ their staff, own their premises, or control how they perform repairs. The contract for repair work is between you (the driver) and the workshop you select.
For drivers, your "account" is your WhatsApp phone number. For workshops, your account is established during onboarding and tied to your business license. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You're responsible for activity that happens through your number or account. If you believe someone is using either without permission, contact us immediately.
As a driver, you may use OGScout to request quotes for repair work on vehicles you own or are authorized to maintain. By requesting a quote, you agree we may share your name, vehicle, location (at a neighborhood level), and the nature of the issue with workshops in our network.
Once you confirm a quote, your contact details may be shared directly with the chosen workshop so they can coordinate pickup or service.
Workshops must hold valid trade licenses and required permits in the emirate(s) where they operate. Workshops are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of all work performed.
Workshops agree to honor quotes provided through OGScout, respond truthfully to driver questions, complete agreed work professionally, and follow our quality standards.
Driver payments for repair work are made directly to the chosen workshop, not to OGScout. OGScout charges workshops a subscription fee for access to job broadcasts; this fee is not deducted from any driver payment.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by UAE consumer protection law or where we have made an obvious billing error.

OGScout acts as a marketplace and is not party to the actual repair contract. We make no warranty about the quality of work performed by any workshop. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from your use of OGScout in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in that period or (b) AED 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms apply for as long as you use OGScout. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety of the network. Workshop subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any monthly billing cycle.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp message to active users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ajman, except where you have non-waivable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
